From large-scale flagship gatherings such as the Microsoft AI Tour, Copilot Roadshow and Microsoft Security Summit, to weekly executive roundtables, Leah drives the full scope of planning and delivery, ensuring each event aligns with Microsoft’s global vision while being tailored to the Swedish market.

In this role, she manages cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders, partners, and vendors, creating impactful experiences that strengthen Microsoft’s presence and thought leadership in Sweden.
